Kyle Cranmer

Kyle leads the Data Science Institute in its mission for innovation, translation and collaboration on data science. Prior to joining UW-Madison, he was a Professor of Physics and Data Science and the Executive Director of the Moore-Sloan Data Science Environment at New York University. His primary research interests are in machine learning and statistical inference for the physical sciences, and his background is in experimental particle physics.
